1985

Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal began his career in 1985, gaining valuable experience in the Cold Storage and Truck Refrigeration industry.
He was among the first to pioneer refrigerated trucks using PUF panels, serving leading clients such as Kwality Walls, Vadilal, Amul and Venky's Chicken.

1994-95

Recognizing opportunities in the telecom sector, Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal has started manufacturing and supplying telecom, transmission towers and shelters to IDEA, Airtel, Tata, Essar Vodafone, and Essar Telecom (Africa).

A New Era

With unmatched technical expertise and relentless determination, Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal expanded into the Prefab and PEB sector, giving rise to Satec Envir Engineering in 2004.

Since then, Satec has delivered portable structures across India and abroad for clients like JSPL, JSW, Essar Power, Essar Steel, Vedanta, and the Aditya Birla Group.

Further, Satec advanced into pre-engineered buildings for warehouses and factories and now undertakes large-scale projects, including multi-storey steel buildings, metro stations, and bridge structures across India.

Where it all started

Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal started his career by pioneering the manufacturing of Refrigerated trucks, cars and buses in India.

1990

Expanded into the
cold storage sector

Building on his refrigeration expertise, Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal expanded into the cold storage sector, manufacturing cold storages and pre-cooling facilities for clients like Hindustan Unilever, Amul, Dinshaw, Baskin Robbins, Kwality, and Parle for their pulp units. He also collaborated with floral companies such as Welplus and Green Gold Flowers Ltd., and set up grape refrigeration units for Maha Grapes and Trans Agrotech.

2000

Expansion in the
telecom sector

Set up manufacturing facility of telecom shelters using PUF panels in Silvasa and Daman.

2002

Major clients in
the telecom sector

Worked with telecom groups like Tata, Airtel, BPL, GTL, Essar, Vodafone, Idea.

2004

was born

We started a manufacturing unit in Bhuj, Gujarat for Telecom Shelters made of Polyurethane foam (PUF) Sandwich panels.

2008

Expanded into the Auto Components sector

• Started the production of auto components and diversified the application of PUF Panels to make porta cabins and low cost housing.

• Labour and Engineer colony for Essar Steel in Hazira.

Mr. Amarprakash Agarwal says - “Challenges are encountered every day.
